The Solution
DigitalStation leveraged a .Net backend to aggregate data from diverse factory floor devices and store it in a secure Postgresql database within the client's network. End-to-end encryption ensured the confidentiality of critical transfers between devices. For a streamlined cross-platform application, the team employed the Flutter framework, utilizing WebSocket connections for real-time data updates. Integration with the client's ERP system not only facilitated alarm settings for crucial events but also automated previously manual workloads, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

The Results
The implemented solution brought substantial advantages for the factory, providing continuous access to real-time operational data. This enabled prompt identification of bottlenecks and, coupled with ERP integration capabilities, led to the optimization of maintenance processes.
